Her background spans escrow, lending, luxury real estate operations, and property management — giving her a comprehensive understanding of how assets are acquired, structured, and preserved. As Director of Operations for a nationally recognized real estate team in Montecito, Raegan managed intricate transactions, coordinated with attorneys and advisors, and ensured seamless execution from contract to close.

Raegan previously served as a Certified Senior Escrow Officer and Loan Officer, roles that sharpened her expertise in financial documentation, regulatory compliance, and client communication during significant life transitions.
